September 5, 200619 yr standard spring poundage for nissan 300zx is 145lb front and rear can anyone please tell me if this appl to coiloversies Dont recognise the name of those coilovers. No stock spring rates would be far to soft for coilover damping rates. I would suggest going with the Tein spring rates. Im not sure wether you would need the springs from the same manufacturer, for them to physically fit the aftermarket coilover struts though. Coilovers are an adjustable Strut and Spring package. You may be better of just selling what you have and returning to stock, or going with the popular adjustable KYB AGX & Eibach setup.
