Cheers for that. Ive given the temp sensor (which was pretty filthy) a good clean as Ive heard that can cause the prob, but I know there are a few usual suspects.

Prob is, as its intermittent you have to just wait and see if it happens again.

 

Whats the difference between the FICD and the idle control? (IACV or something?)

 

Either way, where can I find it, and whats the best way to clean it??

Its at the back of the engine on the right .
