Some idiot in a stupid white van wiv his stupid mates just drove into the back of my Zed. Bang. Stupid B******s. A**h****. Aghhhhhhhhh :shock:

S**T. My neck aches big style. Then in shock I reversed the b****y Zed into the front drive when I got home shaking and f****D the side mirror against the brick post.

Agghhhhhhh.

I hate the road...the twin exhausts are out of alignment an all! Ohhh...today is not a good day for me..I need support..

Have you got any witnesses? I would be suprised if they have valid business insurance. Hope it all goes your way...

 

Further thought, they may even offer to get repairs done, DO NOT accept, they would get a friend to do it in their own garage!

Have logged it wiv my insurance co. They are insured luckily..couldnt get out of the Zed quick enough..never noticed it before but when they hit me the doors seemed to autolock! must be the toad alarm.. took me a few minutes to get out the car..any potential witnesses would have driven past !

Have you got real proof of their insurance? Fingers crossed everything works out for you.

The alarm probably has anti-hijack, shunt and doors lock, unfortunately a common trend with criminals, they cause a minor shunt, open your door, steal your handbag...

Oh no, sorry to hear about the accident, hope you're doing ok.

I know someone who's selling a bumper like mine, it's got a small crack, easily repaired, but cheap :) if you want to go the mod route ;)

Same thing happened to me I got 4K from the third party's insurance and my car back "after a bit of fighting" .. They value yer car from autotrader.co.uk so find the most expensive motor on the website and stick with that price .. "after all it's not your fault your car was damaged" .. trust me this works .. failing that call me and I'll help you ... why cause I like it !!!

sorry to hear youre having a bad time. i hope your neck is ok.

and as for worrying about sickies and being responsible for something - say a great big b*ll*cks to that - if youve had an accident and are feeling unwell then your immediate boss (whoever that is) is then responsible for finding a replacement. in the 11 years of working in the job im desperately trying to get out of ive only had a handful of sick days off (single figures) and its not been noticed/appreciated at all. in fact you become EXPECTED to drag yourself in no matter what.

make sure its someone else's problem and look after yourself for once.
