Voltage stabilizer

I have seen a Nismo stabilizer on ebay for 12 quid. They claim to stabilise voltage on the system which can give better performance of electrical kit and more tourque apparently. I have loads of electrical stuff, boost controller, gauges, gps, informeter etc. I know that Vince has one as he slaped my hand when i poked it and asked whats that for!

 

Can anyone tell me if they are worth getting or just a gimmik?

    80% gimmick in my mind. I wouldn't worry too much about all your additional elecrical gubbins, the ignition system and the stereo will probably draw more power than most things. Oh, and the lights of course ....

    I don't have a stabilzer but for £20 or so is worth a punt in my opinion. Take a look at http://www.groundingkits.co.uk - He's a trader on this forum. so take a look in that section!!

    Fixed. Dunno what happened though. Was it you that paid twice and I had to refund ? If so I suspect the system is smarter than I thought and it 'undid' your account when I refunded the additional payment .... :confused:

    Yes Andy that was me! Didn't know i'd paid twice till i saw the refund...Shows How keen I was to renew! Any idea where my PM's have gone. Had a PM mail regarding members packs but couldn't get there and now nothing in my box!
