auto gear stick removal

hi can anyone tell me how to remove the auto gear knob. ive seen the 2 philips screws at the front of it but not sure if these take it off.

    Yes, remove the two philips headed screws you see at the front and disconnect the wiring to the OD button (to do this you will need to remove the centre console) then it just pulls off but be prepared for the OD button to fall off when you do as its spring loaded.
