Threatened your car.

Neighbour of mine is getting pissed off with my diesel car starting in the morning ( 6am ) , it is a bit of pig but goes eventually, now he came out today and started on me by going on about how hes getting fcuked off with me in the mornings, seeing as he was swearing I decided to reply in kind and told him to go feck himself....slight male talking ensued to which he finished by saying im lucky someone hasnt damaged my car(300zx) as I have to park it on the road, I saw this as him threatening to "harm" my car and reacted accordingly and went for him, didnt get a chance to lay into him as my missus came out and grabbed me ....dont know if i should go pay the fecker a quiet visit sometime, have warned him that if anything happens to my car now i will be paying him a visit.Still think he needs a kicking though.

I'd leave it bud. Keep f*cking him off with your diesel in the mornings and see what happens.

If something happens to your car in the future THEN take it further, a bit of banter in the street is no cause for being all manly.

the beauty of those 25 quid cctv cameras and 9 hours worth of video recording. If he does try anything it'll all be on tape then

Go around the area collecting all the dog sh!t you can find and 'post' it to him late one night. By the time he's woken up, it'll be unbareable.

If of course he does anything to the car. :D

Bloke needs a kickin just for having a go in the first place, what happened to talking and asking if you could get some new glow plugs or something like that.

I hate ignorant tw@ts

Mate.

Very simple.

Report it to teh police that he threatened to dammage your car. Make them note it, but let them know you just want to make sure that if something did happen, then they know who to blame.

Video Cam is worth gtting as said earlier. He will love having a ASBO

Down side is if this gets out of hand you house price will drop.

Mate, in my opinion hypothetically speaking, if someone threatened to do my car, I wouldn't wait, I would go and break their face and made sure they regretted saying it. Whack'em out cold I would bro...

Offence is the best defence IMHO.

Remember, the above advice is hypothetical and I can't be held responsible if someone decided to follow it in the real world.

Simple get the diesel sorted. I'd be fooked off if someone kept bothering me at 6am with their car.

And keep an eye on the Zed. Why on earth isn't it on the drive?

Pinch his bum and tell him that you and 'Craig David off the Internet' want a 3 some with him.

I agree that he deseves a slap but then you will be in the wrong (in the eyes of the law) this will then make you the offender. I would go with Daves idea. Go to the police report he's threats and also get a video camera fitted. tell the police about the camera and they should think you are serious.

Prevention is better than cure mate.

both are parked on the street cause i dont have a driveway....thx for the advice peeps , ive calmed down a bit now

Have to say this is the best idea as you get evidence so you fook him over legally first then sort him later. Invest in some security lighting as CCTV can be dark and not always able to make out a persons features or clothing.

PMSL....

Is he always a :xxx: or could he be having a bad day?

Not like you set out to wake him up you just have to go to work.

I was gonna buy a new runaround this week anyway it was just the way he came out and started swearing at me...always gets my back up...I woulda been nice as pie if he came out and spoke like a normal person and not all agressive.

in the mean time he gets done for GBH.. yeah thats worth it isnt it...

To be fair i'd be pretty pissed off too if someone took ages starting a knackered diesel at 6am every day. I'd be the one tempted to curl one out on your bonnet tbh, look at it from your neighbours point of view. You might be the one to end up with the ASBO not anyone else.

Pinch his bum and tell him that you and 'Craig David off the Internet' want a 3 some with him.

Craig David fron the internet only has threesomes with ladies!

start the zed up at 6 in the morning outside his house and rev the nuts out of it, then say to him now thats fakin noise mate, bet he wont say anything again lol but have ya camera working first incase he tries to damage your car then you got the coont

best thing is don't talk to him and if you look at him make a look like you have stood in shit, oh and if he comes around to your door open it look around say nothing and close the door.

I usually just stare with no emotion at ****ers like that, they soon start to stutter and back track.
