Alloy machining

Is it possible to have the inside flat face that fits to the hub of alloy wheels machined down to increase the offset, there is a lot of metal on the ones I have been given as they are a +10 offset but are very nice and do not want to look a gift horse in the mouth??

    + 10 offset will be fine on the front i run 9j by 17" with a plus 10 offset on the front with standard arches no problem with a 235 x45 tyre rubs on arch linner a bit on lock thats it.

    yeah i have tried em on but the rears are just too much , mind you i got em with 255 tyres on the rears so might try em with 235's as the 255's rub and stick out too much

    Get 245 on the rear and pull rear wheels in with camber with adjustable rear upper arms like the drift boys do it makes a lot of diffrence to how the rear wheels look [sticking out] .Roll arches if needed. :D
