I just read that a 32 year old man was arrested on asault charges at southend train station for attacking a guy with a stun gun. Both men are living in a local hostel.

Stun gun.

but that not the best part

The man in question is my EX next door neighbor whos also ex special services but has some serious mental problems following a tour in bosnia. typical fooking armed services, fook the mans brain up, discharge him and leave him for dry.

Gets better.

He popped in 20 minutes before this and told me he was going to do this guy over in the hotle he was at, claimed he was IRA. Should of known it wasnt an idel threat.

The stun gun, lol he zapped the guy in the head 5 times. Shouldnt laugh, but thats one guy who actualy met someone harder and more crazy that he was telling everyone he was.

Guess ill be visiting my neigbour in runwell

So who`s at fault here the army (I THINK NOT) or the system for not providing for him cival sysyem that is. We must remember that our forces are more spread now that they ever were and the support they get is infact better than any civil company in the uk from medical to education. they are not used then chucked out at all!

Lets not forget that he may have left the army in a normal state however started to have problems after,,,well what a good advert for civy street eh! just put on the street by the NHS and left with all the other nutters rapist`s and perverts..by what a good advert to live in.

The Army may still help him, if he asks. If his mental health problems are due to service, he should at least try. If he has tried, he should keep trying. Bug them till something is done.

Thats just sad, to think that a man can serve his country and then be let down by it, weather by the army or by the NHS its wrong.

theres a guy local to me who is now in an institute in hellingly. he was ex sas but went completely doolaly when he came out.

used to walk around the town centre in a baby blue kimono and pink turban screaming at children.

that was quite scary!

He was sectioned out, Had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder while in Balkans, was RTU'ed fro his unit, spent 6 months in medical care, lef tthe army and has had very little to know rehabilitation.

who's at fault. the army, government services for letting him leave without giving him the tools to cope with civy streat. He's not alone, there are going to be a few more Karls entering your worlds. No family, no mates, no brotherhood and fook all sympathy or help from civilians.

You expect us to be trained to kill and cope and then be docile puppies when we enter "normal" life. What happens when when we have access baggage.

As for lack of care, he's spent time in a mental hospital, been discharged and left to cope on his jack.

Personaly I thnk the best place for him is in jail.

He went on painting holiday as he called it with them, group counceling. He said it was the only time that the guys actualy calmed down a relaxed because they where in familier environment around peope with teh same probs. then X weeks or days later, back to civie street and no mates.

Poor fooks only got me round here and I dont know where he's been sent to
