Anyone know of anyways to get to the Det sensor at all, if engine is not out ?? Upper Plenum will be coming off as will the gearbox ( not mine :) )

it would involve taking the inlet manifold off i recon which means all the cam pullies to get the back plate off which holds the inlet manifold on so the amount of work involved its prob easier to remove the engine and do other work on it while its out :)

Only the top plenum was coming off mate for an injector swap, lower involves a lot more work ??

i have heard of fitting a new one to the rear of the plenum but how good this is i couldnt tell you mate.think it may have been on the aussie forum.

once the plenum was off on mine it wasnt that bad the EGR bolt at the back are a pain in the ass. once the inlet manifold is off its right in front of you, if remember right once the plenum was off you could see the sensor but i couldnt get to it you might
