I know its not a Pine Martin because one of the only collonies of Pine Martins out side of Scotland is very close to where I live and I've seen one after I hit it with my car.

 

The PDSA and RSPCA bods manager to save the little fellow though.

 

Their heads are more Jackle like and they have huge claws on all four feet.

Got it it's a member of the Civet family. Don't know which one though

Some good guesses, especially the genets and civets.

 

But it's a Foosa, a small predator from Madagascar. Like most Madagascan animals relatives are few but I think it'd be closest to the mongoose.
