cleaned the engine bay today, did all the way around and under everything.

 

heres a pic before i finished the back of the engine bay, but it came up quite nicely.

 

tomorrow i remove the headlights, clean the light pods and mounting points, pull the radiator for a clean and drain the coolant before a nice refill.

 

clean some of the connectors and pipes, remove front calipers and strip and clean refit seals etc then do rears. so not too much to do!!

looking good, I wish I could be arsed to do that stuff, I was going to look at the window runners today but ended up cleaning the garage instead.

Nice! What did you use to clean the engine bay?

auto glym engine /degreaser cleaner, some isopropyl, and a little cleaning mixture that is mixed up for me

just dont use cillit bang and petrol! did anyone see the paper with the bloke in it that did that and it exspoloded and blew the front window out of his house!

I was doing the same to mine today...

......I might have gone a bit too far though as I have removed the Engine, Rad, Hicas, Intercoolers, Intercooling piping, battery, AIV's, Front wings, All Aircon and the EFI Wiring loom so I can get to everything LOL
