I've seem much worse, as clarkey says they are clearly stating it....on some adverts you'll get full details of a product and all its spec, then in litlte writing at the bottom it will say "winning bidder will receive box/picture only"..etc

we have a guy from thi club, doing the very same thing with his car on e bay.

 

all details about the car, and right at the end, it says auction is for above details, winner gets a empty envelope.

A: no the car isnt for sale in the auction if you read the advert, the auction is for an empty envelope 5k ono is the price for the 300zx mentioned in the advert. any stupid offers will be ignored. thanks
