Are there any majour differences between the years ie will a 1991 fit a 1992 & 1993 fit 1992 etc

are jap spec different to uk ?

Ive been offered a 1991 box just need to make sure it fits before i committo it ?

What sort of job is it to get the box out ?

Im not a Technician but have done loads of work on my Pop and yanks etc

and i have acess to workshop with ramps, air etc

To be fair, gearbox swap isnt that big a job, though it does seem dawnting.

Not some thing you ideally want to do on your driveway, believe me, been there!, but it is fairly straight forward.

I thought it was ok apart from access to the top bolts on bell housing

Do you have to strip out any of the engine side pipework etc to get to the top bellhousing etc
