Road kill!

I was overtaking a Audi S8 (340bhp version) on a duel carrage way when he decided to put his foot down, so I wasn't having any of that and put my foot down as well, I gained on him very easily with up to about 10-15 car lengths and then he gave up lol. Mind you I have an extra 50bhp on him and the zed weighs considerably less.

    I do like the S8 for sure since Clarkson had a go in one. Theres a bloke who I used to work with (he's left now) who has an Audi A8 I am sure its a V8 super dooper thing and he reckons he would wipe the floor with my 300. Never had the balls to bring it in and show me though? AND another bloke with a TT 1.8 turbo who I work with seems to think he will beat me too. I think its a complex that mates get when you buy a sports car?? Dont get me wrong I love the newer Audi's. Luxury and comfort with bags of power. but it aint a proper sports car is it?

    I have to agree with that, having looked at the performance figures for the S8 even a standard zed woud have no difficulties taking one on.

    They've got no chance and they know it, hence why the challenge has never been accepted!

     

    A friend of mine has the new AudiTT 3.2 v6 quattro and my almost standard Z wipes the floor with him......in a straight line, corners are a different matter! lol
