Chaps,

 

Picked up me F355 replica on Friday (based on mr2 turbo). V-nice. I'll get some pics together as soon as I can.

 

I am finding the ride VERY harsh though, bouncing around all over the place.... but....I have discovered it has Tein Type-HA adjustable shocks. Does ne1 know how to adjust the damping on them? There is a 22mm hex nut (with a small allen key screw in the centre) on the top of every shock)....Or...a specialist who knows how to set these up.

 

My Z is sat doing nothing at the moment. As soon as my insurance company pull there finger out I can hand it over to Jeff for breaking. Its not written off but they are deciding whether to repair it or hand me the cash (Cheaper settlement). I will be breaking it either way. Thanks to those who have showed interest in the parts. I'll keep you posted.

nice one, good for you bud.

I investigated the tein route, only to find out there softest setting on the tein suspension was harder than the stock suspension, and i think it was 26 way adgustable, 26 being GT spec suspension.

Trey, its a similar kit but looks better than the yellow one in the pic. It looks out of proportion! I'll get some pics sorted out.

I heard Tein went out of business... Probably from all the Fractured Asses suffered by there customers.

 

Deffo a hardcore Coilover kit that one !
