One of my coil packs has a zip tie holding the connector onto the top of it. I removed the zip tie to see what would happen and it stopped firing on that cylinder. On closer inspection the clip that holds the power wires onto the top of that coil pack has broken off. The clip appears to be part of the connector on the end of the wire not the coil pack. What i want to know is can this wire easily be changed by removing the throttle body cover and unpluggiing it? If so anyone got a spare one? Put another zip tie on for now and cylinder is firing again!

Unfortuantly its all hardwired in. You can get replacement connectors though and its just a case of pulling the pins out and putting them in new connector.

Pants, thought that might be the case or tizer would have changed it. How easy is it to remove and change the connectors? If anyone has a spare one please let me know ta.

Easy, just use a very small screwdriver to pop the pins out of the old one, and place them inside the new connector. No need to do any cutting or rewiring.

Mike @ MJP should be able to get them if nobody else has any.
