Ive wanted to know this for a while, what is the proper colour for a ferrari?

ย

Ive always thought that it was yellow because of the background colour on the badge (thats what i was told) and people have it in red because thats their racing colour (like British racing green for jags).

ย

Does anyone know?

I think the red is the main colour. They obviously do a yellow and its quite popular but I am sure its red. I think its actually called "Ferrari Red"???

the red on ferraris is called "rosso red"

or italian rosso corsa

red are ferarri's racing colours like britsh racing green over here and ferarri's official colour is yellow

There you go, beat me to it LOL.

Real Ferarri enthusiasts will buy yellow.

The "look-at-me" brigade will buy red!

QED.

Yep traditionally Ferrari are Yellow and the Red came because Ferrari took over the Alfa racing team who raced in Red. Well thats the Folk Law that I was told and it sound right with what I can find out.
