I broke it frown.gif! I was trying to get at the stereo, so I took out the 2 screws at the top vents, pulled the bar off above the stereo, to find there was only 1 screw on the left, the one on the right didnt even have the metal fixing behind it. So anyway I took the one screw out. Pulled the top, it came away about 3cm. It wouldnt come out any further. So I went to put it back and it wouldnt. The left hand side slipped nicely back into place but the right is stuck out, wont even go back using brute force redface.gif. Any ideas folks? Oh and how are you supposed to pull it out?

I think its something to do with the vents cos i can push it back in above the stereo but the top section by the vents just wont go back into place frown.gif.

Thanks

Hello Clarkey,

Brute force is the way to go once the 4 screws have been removed. There are 2 sort of push springs on the bottom that have to pulled/pushed in and out. If you look on the online manual, it's on page ba-16 and it's letter K (2 of them). Hope that helps.

Clarkey,

There are two clips, one each side, near the bottom of the stereo surround panel. The panel has to be pulled away evenly to free these clips. Don't just pull from the top.

Cheers, PaulN.
