Tool for o2 Sensors

Does anyone have a tool to change my o2 sensors.

If so, would you be prepared to pop it in the post so I could use it to change mine. I will get it straight back to you as soon as it's done.

Obviously, I'll cover any postage costs.

Cheers

Steve

Steve i bought a proper O2 socket , the split type that the wiring would feed through , it wouldn,t undo mine , ended up using a deep 22m impact socket after cutting the wires off the sensor first, by fook they were tight :headvswal

I used the O2 socket to put the new ones in though .

The o/s one is dead easy to do but the n/s    is a pain to get on , the aircon pipes going into the bulkhead are right over it :headvswal

You,ll need a few extensions and a good knuckle joint because of the angle they sit at but in hindsight it would have been easier to use a Crowsfoot on the n/s :smash:

If this o2 socket is any use to fit the new ones , pm me bud and i,ll pop it in the post but as i,ve mentioned i doubt it will be beefy to undo them :(

Oh yeah ,good luck and be ready to loose some bits off your knuckles !!!

Missed your call Steve, was it about this?

I used a crowsfoot socket to get em off but they are sometimes VERY tight due to temperature etc.

Does anyone have my crowsfoot socket ? I lent it to someone and can't remember who -Doh!

I'll post you mine Steve.

Can anyone confirm it's a 22mm socket needed before I send the wrong one?...
