Well you need is this in your code....

 

 

Copy DuriusWaterPic.cab and DuriusWaterPic.jar into the same folder as your pic.

 

You need to change the height/width to the size of the pic, then change the url to the location of the pic you're going to use (so mine's at http://www.delazo.com/300zx/) and change the pic name to exactly what it's called on the server (including upper/lower caps)
