Anyone know what size the stock boost lines are?

 

i have a feeling they're 4mm, but am ordering some new one's from smithy and need to know!

You are talking about the wastgate actuator lines arn't you ?

I think they are 6mm inner bore but someone will correct me if i'm wrong

i would of thought smithy would already know buddy

the lines that come from the intercooler to the wastegate are the same aren't they?

Yes, the ones from the wastegate to the hard pipes are 6mm, the rest are 4mm (except for the brake vacuum ones).

 

These 6mm pipes also have a protective jacket around them, not sure if it is removable, if not it might be wise to get some heat resistant sheathing

i've just put some boost jets into them and what a difference they make!

 

awesome, but need to update the lines as they are old and worn...also getting my ecu remapped by andy this week to know i'm safe!
