I have to confess to returning a hire car with flat spotted rims in Portugal in 1991! They have so many cars arriving back at the end of the fortnight that they don’t even look them over.

Why?

because we asked for a large car so we could fitthe baby in the gave us a crappy clio that the buggy wouldnt even fitin. just thought i would have a little fun with it seeing though i paid 140 euros for it for the week

Lol, I went through 3 hire cars in 3 weeks in fuertaventura a few years back!! I couldn't help it if all the surf spots required off road driving could I lol! The first broke the fuel lines on the chassis, then the second one got a hole in the sump from a rock doh! Good surf though haha
