Cheerz for all the comments peeps,

Some kids stop by last nite outside the house and my partner Lindsey's #2 son was watching the footy and he heard one of them say:

"you see that, thats f**kin mint, If I had the money I'd get one"

Now he wants me to pick him up from tennis tonight....in the zed

I must admit Ive always liked the the zed, its the first car that Ive done major work to.....I just love the wide n low look :)

Its f@@kin Mint

Did you do all the work yourself? It most of took a long time?

That's must not most Drrr.

Looks great. Really like the colour. Front lights aren't really my cup of tea but we're all different. If it was mine I'd be more than happy though: lovely looking motor.

I do agree with mate about the headlights mate-though if you like em stick with em!

A very nice car!

Wel done! :)

Didnt take too long at all m8.

Body work n fibre glass mods took 2 weeks, I spent ages getting the outer surface the right shape.

Paint was a week, prep for paint was also a week.

This was all full time on the job.

The only PITA was getting the tailgate skin right, its nuts just how much you have to do to get it right.

I hated some of the jobs at the time but now its done im quite enjoying it.

Ive still got to fit all the internal bits when they finally arrive.

In the meantime............I'll just tinker with a few bits :wack:

hello Marc! it's Paul Richardson I'm on at last. Hope to get my car sorted soon. Not to far

off now, see you soon mate.

Yay it paul.....

To all the uninitiated paul has a stunning silver TT zed which is has been done with a fab holo flake....saying no more ....wait til paul posts his pics.

BTW his zed is f**kin LOUD. Paul is #1 honcho for body work and spray jobs......as nice as his car is....its a tad slower than mine cos mines darker

Paul did countless hrs working on my car recently, wouldnt have done it up as much as I did if it weren't for him  ...which was his up til this time last year.

Anyway...pics of the refurb will be up soon...along with an honest commentary of just how sh?te it is to do some of the jobs :x:

...I need beer.

By the way paul...I got the koyo rad & oil cooler fitted this afternoon, didnt use the full hard pipe kit cos it dont fit :headvswal

So if you want a stainless top rad pipe (the little bendy one) you can have it (I'd have to grind some of it away just to get it to sit rite with this bloody deep koyo). it'll go str8 in yours no probs.

Cheers bud.....

Just got front bumper, bonnet and drivers door to fin, then back on the road. I've found some one who will look after the car for a M.O.T. it's not far from the unit. I'll give more details when I see you.

Well back to work see you soon m8.

Paul

I think the front part of my 1.2 8v punto must look better than the back, because every man & his dog needs to get past just to see it. I can't wait to get my Z back on the road so I can pee them off.

I cant wait either.......we need to christen it with a run to Whitby for fish & chips.

Got the koyo in & oil cooler fitted, just need to fit the new discs n pads so I can stop sh#tting myself every time I have to slam the anchors on :wack:

Catch u l8r m8y

Marc
