Ok, this is a weird one.

Last May, we went on holiday, and i bought a cheapy lighter, with a chav torch on the end...ok, as naff as it sounds, it soon became a valued item to keep..the torch was an led one and bloody bright, and many times saved my ass when i was out int he car when she wasnt running right.

I lost this bloody torch, and hunt as i could, i could never find it, now this really bugged me, as i developed a little rattle in the engine bay that i coudnt find, and that torch would have done the trick nicely. so in october last year, we went on holiday again, and i bought one just the same, onl to get home and break the bloody thing.

Now, i just been doing some odd jobs on my car, and dropped a little plastic screw into my engine bay, "fook i wish i had my lighter torch" i was thinking as i searched for the screw down below the master brake cylinder, and what do i put my hand on???? the bloody torch lighter, which has been making the annoying little rattle i developed nearly a year ago...it was covered in crap, but i tried the torch anyway, and would you believe it worked, and shone straight onto the plastic screw i'd dropped.

well, i was impressed anyway lol

lol :), I got the same wine above 80!

lol, thats a bit of a lucky coincidence T-Pot! Wonder what you were doing in the first place to lose it there? In fact havn't you changed the engine since then?

Its the way of the world Mr Pot.

The torch was put there so you could find the screw that you was going to loose.

You didn't need the second torch and thats why it broke.
