Brake discs and pads?

Ok after standin on my brakes after some tit decided to pull out at 50 in a truck on the fast lane of the m1, my brakes are very very warped!!

 

Where can i get some either standard or after market brake discs and pretty hefty pads from?! And any idea of the prices?!

 

Need em kinda asap too!!
