yes m8, same as any other car

not an auto is it?

you can still tow one just have to be careful ie speed and distance without

tourqe coverter running

you can toe it but the curb weight must be more than the car,so a 4x4 would be ideal

The boys from nissan recommend towing with the rear wheels of the ground, and if its an auto (towing with rear wheels on the ground) dont go above 30 mph,and a distance no more than 40 miles,if you need more distance or speed remove propeller shaft to stop you buggering up your transmission, had to tow mine other day so got gen from horses mouth !!! hope this helps

Had mine towed by my mate in his 2.0l astra using a bar, at some points in the journey we were doing 90mph downhill over brecon, scared me s!!tless, mines a manual by the way.

When my top rad hose blew a few years ago had my mate come and retrive me in his Renult 21 with a slipping clutch!!! That was a mission and with no rope to tow my Z he used a metal rod towing bar which is solid so no give what so ever!!! Was a right pain of braking down hills, had to push on the brake pedal so hard beacause without the engine runnning there was no servo assistance!!! Nearly pushed his Renault off the road with the weight of my Z!!! :(

I was told you could not tow an auto because of the location of the oil pump etc and the fact that the gears are turning but no oil getting through...since the oil pump is in front of the gearbox!!!!

I am no mechanic tho...

Look under z, the only towing eye i could see is right underneath on each side, if you put anything on there it would damage the bumper, or have i missed someting ??

Bit hard on the steering without running it?

Best to trailer it if it's at all possible. What's the actual problem?

My zed is lowered and only 5" of the ground. I have a towing rope in the boot but im not sure if i would have to take the front bumper of to get to the toeing eye lol.
