There have been cases where the peodo's have got parole after only doing five years inside...they have come out on TAG and put on the sex offenders list.......

To be honest, I would want him out on the streets. When he has completed his sentence, I would be waiting for him. I would carry out unspeakable horrors to this man and most likely be locked up for a very long time...and I mean unspeakable horrors!!!!!

 

The time for us to rely on the criminal justice system has long since passed. Only the public now saying that they will not tolerate this kind of behaviour will force the government morons to do something about it...too many do gooders, human rights lunatics and MP's \ soft judges on the loose have fooked this country good and proper. Time for a change to a more hard line rule I think...

Bloody disgraceful, they wont even give out a list of where these tossers are once released, the law actually does all it can to protect them after what they have done????? my son often goes to some a park nearby with his mates and some bloke was there a week ago exposing himself to young boys then tried to grab one, all thats been done about it is a note from the school alerting parents.

 

I know what should be cut off ... and then five minutes before they are going to die from loss of blood electrocute them slowly, that might put a few of them off doing it.

This is just getting stupid. Being a paedophile isn't something that can be cured they'll be like that for the rest of their lives. They should be locked up for life away from children full stop.

 

They can't help the way they are so why try and trust them not to offend again???

I would personally rather see them punished in a painful way but we all know that will never happen in this country, second to that I would choose the death sentence purely so they are no longer a burden to society, also not sure how many of them would feel too punished or regretful if they were made to sit out the rest of their life in jail, probably solitary with a nice tv and internet access to continue perving.

Have to agree there mate, but there's always the question of wrongful imprisonment. Fair play i think an eye for an eye, if you kill someone then you should be put to death yourself but what if you find out they were innocent like the poor guy who got gunned down cause they thought he was a terrorist just because he was foreign and was running from a load of guys with guns pointed at him?

The law would need to be sure they had the right man, that shouldnt be too hard these days with DNA, CCTV and all the other things at their disposal, as for the case you pointed out, was he not an illegal immigrant? is so then if he wasnt here and running from armed men shouting police stop I guess he would be alive?? (sorry dont have much time for illegal immigrants either)

I think they should only be given a year inside but, DONT segregate them and let all of the other cons know what they are, lets see how many last that long inside.

makes me feel ill stories like this,i have 2 kids one whos two and ones whos four,something needs to be done,i think people should stand up more,if we all stood up things like this can be resolved,to many people have the attitude if it hasnt happended to me then i wont bother,which were all guilty of at one time or another

The prisons are seriously over crowded and at times it becomes hard to house these fvckers in there so the government asks for leniant sentences so they can free up more beds for these asswipes

 

Its not like this with every case but its the general idea given to the judges

 

The government needs to open up more prisons.............that is the only solution but due to the UK having the largest prison population in europe it wants to get rid of this by lowering sentances and getting less people in to Prisons so that it looks better on them towards the rest of europe

 

Its a catch 22 situation...........you cant have both but the government thinks its always right as usual

Sod what Europe thinks of us and bring back the death sentence to help with the overcrowding. ;)

The laws in this country arent strong enough to deter these people from re-offending which is why so many end up back in prison

 

They need to bring back capital punishment to scare them into behaving out on the streets..........if theyre scared of being punished then theyre less likely to offend
