Looking more doubtful, may not get time off.

Not as "chavvy" as one would anticpate, probably because they couldn't wheelspin and donut like they would at McDonalds!

Overall I thought it was an okay event, reasonably well organised, little rough round the edges but it's great to watch people who think they are the next Michael Schumacher as they spin out and crash into the barriers!

 

PS Apologies to Mark W, you went the wrong way but that was my poor explanation, but obviously you got home to post on here!

wasn't as good at BB this time then it was the last time i went as they have changed the format of the event.

That escort and vectra crashing was hilarious. As were many of the chav-a-licious novas, clios and the like.

 

It must be said, there were also some good motors there. Heavily face-lifted RX7, 2 classic escorts (rally-style), various 200sx's varying from stock to drift, 2 veeeeerrrry nice Skylines with bling-bling-bling under the bonnets.

 

Cheers to Hellraiser for getting us in the arena- I like to think we added a little class to the proceedings :D

Does the black Z with the stock wheels have the fronts on the wrong sides? Or is this something the owner knows perfectly well and is bored of people pointing it out? ;)

It just looks a bit odd. Obviously they're designed to be that way round for a reason (helping to cool the brake discs), but I'm not sure how much difference it makes. I was just wondering if he'd realised, that's all.

I believe he does know, IIRC he has been picked upon it before.

Afraid to say this kinda show really aint my thing anymore, but it was nice to meet people and genrally have a good chat.

 

BTW, I raced that RX7 back home afterwards, neck and neck, there was no splitting us! Thought I was doing around 110, looked at the spedo and saw 145....have decided that my car is as fast as it should be now! :)
