How to remove switch plate off dash control pod??

I have my no air con, wipers, clock problem again (see: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=70067&highlight=electrics+problem :rant:

 

Garage tried to trace problem & told me if was the switches on dash control pod & they replaced the front switch plate on the pod. Anyway i have the problem again all of a sudden after about 1 month!

 

Thought it maybe worth taking the pod front plate off & checking connections etc... Anyone know how to take the front switch plate off the dash pod?

    hi mate

     

    they come off very easily, under the switch panel there are two phillips crews, just unscrew those pull the panel gently forwards at a slight angle to unhook the clips at the top then unclip the electrical connector block, job done less than a minute
