hello everybody. please could somebody help. I pick up my 1991 twin turbo import this weekend. I want 18s what are the maximum size tyres that will fit? and on what size rims(width)? What makes of wheels are on offer to z owners. cheers! TONY

 

well it depends on the width of the rim.

if you go for something like 8 1/2 j width you could put 275 upwards on your car

its all up to you i run on 17 's and have 225 up front and 255 on the back, remember the price goes sky hi aswell,

as for rims pretty much anything is on offer , bbs are really nice and the blitz ones are cool but very expensive.

my rims are the best on the forum (i know i know you guys cant argue) its all up to what ticles your fancy

 

The following is an interesting site. You can try the different rims on offer on a 300zx. It's better if you have a black Fairlady Z (or the US 300ZXTT 2-seater).
