ok fitted two blitz style bovs today sound mint only thing is they only engage aroung 10-12 psi. so i have to take it up to 14psi to get them to go off.any way i can get them to engage at lower boost

so basily strip it down and shorten spring. there is a scre on outside should that be in or out

The screw should be for adjustment (the same affect as manually shortening the spring).

 

Try screwing them in more.

im confused

screw in = more resistance

screw out = less resisitance

so whats the best to get them too whoosh at low psi

If you want them to whooooooooosh at low pressure then

 

screw out = less resisitance

 

Nut it could be to low that u get a leak and it would muck around with the airflow metre and wont run right at low rev's so keep it as it is mate thats the best bet

they sound mint and screw is out but still kicckin in a2t 10-12 psi. i want them to engage lower
