Theres some big bugger hornit things knocking around our place at the moment! I don't want to find the nest in the loft. I know there's already some massive starling nests up there about 4ft across, hopefully the hornit one isn't the same size!

I HATE buzzy things that sting you! Snakes, spiders, other stuff that a lot of people don't like are ok by me, but flying insects especially ones that sting, and especially-especially when they get over an inch in length freak me the fook out!

This one was so big it doesn't sting, it picks up a big pointy stick and hits you with that! :)

Mate. Get in touch with your council, they will deal with it

royal mate dont even fooking consider looking for it, hornets can fook u right up, i got stung by one and my whole arm swelled up! or if your gonna deal with them do what i did at my house when we had a nest, full nbc and respirator black and nastied tight and go up there with tons of wasp killer! fookin funny but not one managed to get through!

Pmsl! Bloody ell mate thats a bit full on! don't think I'm gonna go looking for them. Not sure where they are but I've seen a few more. When I let the one go yesterday (if you kill them they let out a hormone that attracts all there hardcore mates) it took off and spun round in front of me and hovered staring at me for a bit! I expect them abroad but not here.
