membership pack?

ive just repaid my subs, ive not been here for a while like but i see theres mention of membership packs (finaly) is this true? do i get one thru the area rep? who is it now? i see Scottywil seems to be missing?

    Membership packs!!!! I never did get my keyring...aint paying again unless I get my keyring cos it has been a long day and I WANT MY KEYRING!!!!!!
