ok just went in zed and its now got a missfire starts a 3500 then clears then back at 5000 revs and goes like mad from around there exhausts are poping and banging.its ok at low revs .

auto n/a .ive changed the plugs around 2k ago.how do i check for bad coilpack etc. :smash:

i think its doing it as im looking at a new tt zed and she doesnt like it lol

not yet i done i check on engine last weekend .it seems ok from cold think that means coilplack?????

sounds like a PTU/connector/coilpack fault.

Only problem is finding it.

i would start off with the connectors first before getting hold of a new coilpack to test yours

i checked plugs and connectors today and seem all ok.it feels like the rev limit is cutting in at 5000 revs when the ptu goes does it do this???

Check the connection to the CAS unit also, these are prone to corroding and causing a misfire.
