Did anyone else see 'Life of Grime' on Tuesday nights telly.

 

Two Glasgow Council enforcement officers were keeping observations on an alleyway where people habitually walked their dogs, let them poo and didn't clean up the mess.

 

Down the alley comes a Traffic Warden, lights up a crafty fag and when he's finished chucks his dog-end down in full view of the camera. The intrepid enforcers are overjoyed at some action and pursue the Trasffic Warden who clearly doesn't want to be caught. They eventually detain him and serve him with a fixed penalty notice and he gets quite unpleasant, refusing to accept it until they threated to tell his boss.

 

The enforcement bloke signs off the prograsmme giving his name and qualifying himself as 'Champion of Britains Oppressed Motorists'

 

Top Man, whoever he was.

Personally I thought the program was full of 5hit.
