been on all afternoon cutting and welding my arches ready for the kit to go on tomorrow

 

also took the rear bumper off, which was a pain in the arse

and some big spacers to make the car have a reyt speed wobble and the wheels fall off!! ;)

Hi all of you, i am consdering fitting these arches to my zed,I will probably do this myself(a mate has offered a hand with the welding) The fibreglass and filler work i can handle,im abit worried about the cutting though.Can any body give me any helpful tips on this conversion.

Looks great but why not get the wing done like this PS I did of James300's

To me it looks a lot better when it follows a line from the headlights to the base of the mirror.

 

Is it even possible? I know nothing about spraying :headvswal

When I frst opened this thread and seen the first pictures i felt sorry for you, but seeing the updated ones it looks realy well!

Looking forward to seeing the finished product now bud, you're going along the same route i'll hopefully be taking with the black bonnet and boot. to compliment the black roof panels and the wide arch kit :)
