I just got another pair - I haven't had some for ages.

I forgot how great they are.

 

I might walk to the local shop wearing them and engage the shop assistant in a long conversation when there's a big queue waiting behind me.

 

Anyway... any other slipper fans out there?

Mine are slightly too big and have no 'heel', they fall off when I walk upstairs, would love a better fitting pair :(

Slipper to the shop he he Me man once before we got married used to drive in slippers and forgot one day to put his shoes in the car and went to the office in his slippers. I couldn't stop laughing when he confussed up. At the time didn't even know he owned slippers

I have some very nice Nordika's, nicely worn in now which probably means they'll fall apart soon.

 

I find it difficult to walk around the house without slippers these days, must be becomming an old git.

I had to go into hospital for an operation so had to buy some slippers and pyjamas, never used either since!

Need slippers in my house in the winter, it's cold and I don't have much carpet ...

My girlfriend bought me some Simpsons slippers to wear around the house instead of shoes to help preserve the carpet- "class" I though. She decided they were really comfortable and wore them all the time herself!

 

So she bought me a 2nd pair of Simpsons slippers (different design). And ended up wearing them coz she wore out the first pair. :rofl:

 

So she bought me a 3rd pair, which started coming unstitched and I haven't got around to having them repaired lol.

 

Maybe I'm destined never to wear them?

same here, had some nasty accidents going up my (wooden and painful) stairs.

i had a pair when I was nine, they were pink fluffy ones....
