The thing I admire most about the Zeds I have seen are the mods people have done to their interiors. I would love to mod my interior but I want to try and keep my car as standard as possible, so I am a little envious of all those plush interiors.

So come on everyone post some pics of your interiors (No cameras shoved in any parts of the body please, I am referring to the interior of your Zed's).

Had some new carpet made up for mine, plus seats have been done in black and red leather plus all the tweed has been replaced with black leather. The car isnt complete yet, so no pics of the whole lot done, but heres whats to be put back in. Also black with red stitched steering wheel, gear stick and handbrake gators.

Thanks, it all adds up, but just over 200 for Carpet, underlay and mats. Seats about 470, replacing tweed cant remember, Gators I think about 60 and wheel around 170. Wanted to keep it standard, but slightly different.

Building a custom dash (old photo, must take more):

CustomDashWorkinProgressJuly2005011.jpg

Will accomodate two screens (one 14"/15" on the left and one 10" in the centre). Also making custom doorcards, sub enclosure etc to fit these KAR goodies:

I must admit that your interior is very very nice. It is not too much and does not lose its original look. You got the right balance.

Its grey at the moment but going to red leather over next few weeks.

The grey is slightly mismatched on the seats to the rest of the trim.

Cheers :) For the dash I made a rough copy of the OEM one and then built up a wire armature over it to the shape I wanted. Then bits of fabric were stretched over the wire and soaked with activated resin to harden (using this fabric method creates good curves so everything flows nicely). After that, layers of fibreglass, then filler, all sanded back till smooth.

How much fibreglass for the bumper? TBH, I'm not sure but, accounting for mistakes and design changes...a lot! :D
