Sorry to inform you all, but the forum has now been threatened with legal action due to the nature of post recently by certain members of this forum.

 

This is one of the reasons we have moderators, and why threads/posts are modded.

 

I realise that you cant please everybody, and we all have a view of how things should be done. Sorry, but the rules are clear.

 

We will now be running a zero tolerance on all post's, it is to protect the forum, not because we want to, but because we now have to.

 

You have all been warned.

Make the whole Forum Private paid and registered only !!

Then all the crap stays private and can then be sorted out amongst ourselves rather than in public.

A wee bit of growing up required .......!!

This shit happens on all forums at times and is will always be that way.

I think the offending people should be called to order and sorted in private by the Comittee etc. if it cant be sorted a kick is in order.

I think that once its made clear that they either mediate or fook off things will change.

These are my personall oppinions for what there worth.

I had to say something after reading all the crap thats been on hear this weekend.

I cant believe so many people jump on the back of other peoples problems ??

nothin new under the sun this kind of thing happens to most clubs and associations...my old man used to be the captain of one of the UK's biggest indoor bowls team, even became UK champions under his stewardship....and the bickering, in-fighting, back-stabbing an politics was so stressful he had to jack it all in moved away and never picked up a wood again....all that from a group of blokes whose avg age was 70....:D

What's the answer? Hmmmm... I don't know.... other than make me and StellaZ the kings and everything we say goes and we solve disputes with 'thumb wars' at JAE.

Right then its my turn. SHUNTER obviously thinks that this problem is serious? Therefore why cant some of you stay serious and take heed of whats being said? This place always has had its ups and downs and will probably always do so. I personally dont want it to crash and burn. Its a great place to get things off your chest and have some good laughs. I do agree tho that the subject of the legal action that has been threatened should at least be made public so as we can get to grips with it? IMO. the Mods do a good job. sometimes they fall out of their prams but at the end of the day they are there for all of us and our support should be automatic and not under debate. Whats the difference between them and us? None. we are all the same.....Members of the 300zx.co.uk club. So stop all the stupid remarks and show some support.

Paul mate. I wasnt refering to you buddy. Sorry i should have been a bit more specific? I was just replying to the overal situation and meant nothing towards what you have going on with Neil mate. Its just that some people seem to want to make fun of the whole thing and I dont agree with that. I (myself thnk that Shunter should tell us who it is. Not so as we can attack them but so as we know who within our midst is being stupid?

Right, to set the story straight, as everyone seems to want to know the ins and outs of a cats ass lately!!!

I did tell Paul I would ring him today, unfortunately, I copied his number down wrong last night, so when I tried to ring him, obviousley it wouldnt connect.

I started work at 6am this morning, when I finished at 7pm, I was informed by my wife that our fridge had packed up, therfore I had to sort it. So after touring 3 or 4 electrical shops, being told I couldnt have 1 for 5 days, I eventually was told there was one available 30 miles away, so I collected it.

I have just walked through the dorr, set the fridge up, and logged onto the forum, that has been my day.

I will be contacting Paul tomorrow.
