Noticed my MK!1 Escort is still knocking around and changed owners since i sold it.

Also my old 100E Popular has also changed hands since i sold it

It's a useful site but isn't it strange that no matter which reg I put in the car is always manufactured on the 31st December of a particular year?

Get the last owner's name / address of the V5 log book, get their number from directory enquiries and give them a ring.

Im wondering if it only goes ack so far as the 100E was registered in 1960 and came up as 01 01 01 and the Escort regisered in April 1968 also came up as 01 01 01

My TT's apparently registered on the 31 December 91

Though it was imported in 98

 

Also my old GTS-t Skylark came back as a GTR also registered in 31st dec 95

Yes m8, Is yours a grey one thats parked up near kingsthorpe? or a deep reddy colour one that I see at moulton park sometimes?

No mate, but i know the cars you're talking about cause i work in Moulton Park & only live a coupkle of miles away and have seen them both. I live inbetween Billing Aquadrome and Overstone Golfcourse, mines pearl blue (350z colour) with Nismo bodykit and ferrai Enzo rear lights. :nana2:

Ha, i will keep my eyes open 4 it i live in earls barton and work up moulton park so i go past there at least twice a day even on my days off !!!! Do you drive it much? I recon i'd have noticed that one if i had seen it before. Mines a bit tatty awaiting a respray in July, look for the big scratch down the passenger side from where someone obviously didnt like the previous owner and keyed it, pretty standard otherwise.

mines black and yes i do drive it every day hence why i purchased an oil refinary last month to fuel it. LOL yea let me know when u bout

hi i put in a car i sold to a mate in mid 2005. (He put in round a tree) and it say's last changh dec 2005 would this be when it was write off????????
