no im not with her anymore, we were sort of split up before i went on hol. her excuse was she was worried about me cos she had not heard from me for 3 days, then she found out i was in magaluf, got pissed opened fire on my motor then sent me the photos. so im gettin these photos at the same time as finding out a pal of mine has just been murdered. sort of spoilt my holiday.

Yeah get down to the cop station and report her for criminal damage.

If she's sent you the photo's then you have more than enough evidence it was her!

Anyone who does that is a proper psycho and needs teaching a lesson - there's no excuse for damaging stuff like that.

 

Hopefully you'll be able to fix it with the compensation. Even if you were going to scrap it you've still lost a fortune in good parts.

As far as breaking her up, as you have to sort the bottom end as well, then you're probably better off breaking her, as you'd get more money, and then the money you're going to have to spend will make up to a decent wedge on a new one. (if that makes sense)
