Only had my Zed a few months and the longest journey I have done is from Gloucester to Castle Combe.

 

Going to North Wales (Wrexham) today and I have decided to take the Zed. This will be about a 240 mile round trip.

 

I am taking the essentials:-

 

Credit Card

AA Card

Everything was going fine, then all of a sudden the rev counter flew up and the car started to slow down. In a split second al I could see was the bank balance being reduced to nothing.

 

Then the wife said in a calm and soft voice, " Sorry I have just knocked that thing into N "

Yeah, the benefits of driving an auto are as follows:

Left arm:

Change the radio channel

Scratch various parts of your body

Phone people

Reply to text messages

Open glove box and get new cd's out

Balance cds on fingers while changing

Eat something

Drink something

Change route planner

The list goes on.....

Texting, useing the phone, and changing CD's I don't want to be anywhere near you then cos you ain't paying due care and attention to the road and will no doubt be up my backside or flying through a red light into the side of me. Rant over only playing with you mate

Bunny is right, the left hand becomes so useful when you do not have to change gears. You can give the W@nker sign for a lot longer as you pass all those little boy racer chavs in their Corsas and Citroens.

Tell the wife wind in the hair give's it body. I tell everyone that I have the most expensive and biggest hairdryer ever. I simply get in the car open the top and drive. Oh and to keep that certain style head scrafs are great fun, only don't do what I did and try to put one on after I'd opened the lid the wind tends to rip the thing out of your hand and land on someone elses windscreen. oppps
