Newbie Question ... Fairlady v 300zx

Hi

 

I often see the Fairlady TT 2+2 and the 300ZX 2+2 in various years of manufacture. Is the only real difference that the Fairlady is the Japanese (home) version and the 300ZX is the export model from Japan.

 

Are the specs the same?
