Excellent vid,take me hat off to the guy for patience putting that together,with those amount of transitions and overlays would of taken a long time to do,many many hours of edit alone,would say Adobe Premiere Pro software,which i sometimes use,(Macs number plate removal)but christ you need some time spent using it,so i normaly go down the lazy route(Video Studio)
