you dont bloody need any help, you just said yourself why they wont load

 

it says max size 500 and your trying to load a pic over 600...

when you view the picture on your pc, if you right click and edit, it will open in paint, you can then adjust the size there

 

or if your hosting the pictures on photobucket, click edit on the pic in your p/b file, and resize it..

 

500 is the size limit, any bigger, and it can take a while for pages to load, especially if there are a few pics in each post, so its there to make viewing easier, also if the pic is over 600, then it proberly means its larger than screen size too

just to add to what T-Pot has said, if you find that your picture is too big, use the Stretch function of MS Paint to reduce the size of the picture (change the 100,100 to 75,75 or something). it should be ok then.
