Having had a full engine and gearbox rebuild, the only thing I can't guarentee is the state of my turbos. The seem so work fine, but I would rather get them rebuilt or exchanged before they go wrong. At least then I know everything on my car is spot on.

 

What are my choices (turbo wise, as I everything else is covered) so I can get a reliable 450 bhp thats driveable and the power still come in at 3.5 - 4k rpm?

 

Any ideas on fitted cost would be great too.

tons of choices depending on how much u wanna spend matey . U could go for something like the JWT 530BB 's , around £1550 plus taxes. Give v good spool up being ball bearing and will make that power with ease.

These little guys can seriously kick some ass. With all the right piping and accessories, look to make around 430-470 RWHP.

Sport 530 BBs

These babies kick in hard due to their ball bearing design. A misconception of ball bearing turbos is that they spool sooner. Well they don't. They spool harder and faster when they reach their igniting point. Say for example all turbos kick in hard at their 70k RPMs point. Ball bearings will from 70k+ kick in faster and quicker. I have these on my personal vehicle. Expect 450-520* RWHP from these hotties.

 

*Please take note: 520 RWHP figure is with our manifolds, not ported stock!

The latest and greatest from JWT. Also known as "Disco Potatoes" and GT28RS'.

There yer go fella, add around £200 + for shipping and then 20 1/4% on top of the final figure for duties etc and yer done ;)

You deffo don't wanna devalue a couple grands worth of turbos's for customs, could cost you dearly! so if you import them, do it properly.
