On the bottom right hand side of the desktop by the Clock you should see a EN, click it and make sure it's English (united Kingdom).

 

Failing that go to Control Panel and open Regional Settings, make sure that everything is UK

I forgot to tell you it's right Click on the EN then settings for keyboard. And United Kingdom is not in the list you can add it. :headvswal

most people remove the language thing cos its *****cks...go to your language settings in control panel mate
