Guys,

My new NA idles at around 600-700rpm but does hunt a little. Does not stall mind but I sometimes feel like it's holding back a bit when I boot it. I also get a strong smell of petrol from the exhaust, not in car or under bonnet. I've yet to have a service mind so I'm assuming it might just be plugs etc...is there anything else I should look out for? There are no visible leaks either but how do I test for vaccum leaks? I'm no mechanic but am happy to do basic stuff. I managed to change my heater matrix on my old TT so I feel I know the cars a bit.

Any advise would be great.

Thanks

Dom
