O/D -Autobox Problems-HELP

Hey guys

When my O/D is switched off and my foot is off the throttle , the car seems to be slipping up and down a gear every 2 secs.

Feels like the car is braking then letting go and then braking and so forth.

Only happens when O/D is off and foot of throttle(coasting)

 

Please help!
