Zcentre know sell genuine 99 spec front headlights which are obviously far superior but at £1040 plus vat imo seems a bit ott would anyone be willing to pay that much ??

theres some one supplying these at the moment, iirc dave zx has ordered a set

I prefer the look of the pre-99 lights anyway. Aftermarket H.I.D's do me nicely.

Yes, it seems that the chromeing process is quite a bit more expensive than he first thought, but will still chrome them for you for an additional US$160 (I think he said, can't check as the US site is down at the mo) So I'm going to try a few people over here first.

Anyway I still can't tell from any of the pictures that I have, whether all of the insert is actually chrome or only part of it :confused:

Maybe Luke could confirm that one, I'll ask him next time I'm on the phone to him.

 

I'll keep you all informed once my inserts turn up, and as progress goes along, complete with a full write-up at the end.
